By accessing and using our website “store.pendervet.com”, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.


This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. In addition, this site is not liable for any injury that comes to any user as a result of viewing the website, following tips on the website, or using its services.

There is no possibility that we are being compensated for endorsements on any products. However we still take our reputation and credibility very seriously, and only endorse products that we have personally tried and/or researched.

Order Progression/Notifications:

Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatically generated email to the email address specified on the PenderStore account. Confirmed orders of in stock items will be filled and shipped out in 1 business day. Special order items may take 3-5 business days to receive, and should be ordered ahead of time. Once an order is completed, you will receive an automatically generated email to the email address specified on the PenderStore account indicating that the order is completed. In addition, if you opted to have your order shipped, this email notification will also include a tracking number for your convenience. *If you are not receiving messages, check your email address attached to your PenderStore account to confirm it is correct, and be sure to also check your spam folder.* Completed orders that are to be picked up will be held in the main reception area on the first floor for 1 week. If your product is not available on the online store, all of these notifications and confirmations will instead be done by phone.

Delivery of Products:

We use many third party companies as couriers to ensure our products arrive in good condition and in a timely fashion. (e.g. Fedex, UPS, USPS) Once the package is picked up from our facility, it is the responsibility of the courier to ensure the safe delivery of the product(s). A tracking number will be provided to you so that you may check on the status of your delivery at your convenience. Shipping normally takes about 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive, however please allow extra days in case of varying circumstances.


PenderStore reserves the right to terminate your access to the site “store.pendervet.com”, without any advance notice.

Our site may contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by PenderStore. PenderStore has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to read the entire terms and conditions and privacy policy of any site that you visit as a result of following a link that is posted on our site.

Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, United States.

Changes to This Agreement:

PenderStore reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of PenderStore after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the PenderStore site immediately.


To ensure that we provide the best and most accurate service possible, an up to date annual examination with any of our doctors is required in order to fulfil any order.


Subscriptions are meant to make taking good care of your pet easier, by automatically reordering prescription medications or diets at your preferred time interval. However, subscription prices are subject to change and may be altered at any time, including after you have initially signed up for a subscription. By using this site or signing up for a subscription, you hereby understand that your assigned subscription price may change at any time dependent on the prices in the market, without your express consent. It is encouraged that this be kept in mind when signing up for subscriptions, and when they are close to renewal. Be sure to check the store to see the most up to date pricing before your renewal goes through. If your subscription renews at a price you disapprove of, please contact us immediately at 703-591-3304 to stop the subscription and request a refund. This must be done the day of renewal or earlier. If the day of renewal has passed, we may not be able to stop the renewal process, and while we could provide a refund for the products, we cannot refund the cost of shipping. In order for subscription renewal orders to be completed regularly, we ask that your pet be kept up to date on exams, labwork, and vaccines. A subscription may be terminated at any time if a patient is found to be overdue on any of their exams, vaccines or labwork, without any effort made to update those items.


Prescription food and medication prices are constantly changing depending on the market and availability. As such, PenderStore reserves the right to alter prices at any time to reflect the nature of the market pricing.
